Lisa Beers Kelly started as the Executive Director in May 2005.

Lisa comes to PWF with years of leadership experience and a commitment to serve professional women.  She has a BS in Industrial Engineering/Management Science from Northwestern University and a MBA from Seattle University.  Lisa worked for Boeing for 12 years in various positions including managing in the 777 Final Assembly in Everett and in the Sheet Metal Manufacturing facility in Auburn.  Her final position was in the Executive Development Program where she was did projects for Boeing's Executives all over the company.  Lisa left Boeing to become the Vice President/West Regional Manager for a dot com appraisal company which eventually was aquired by LandAmerica Financial Group.  Lisa "retired" 5 years ago and now she is a mother of three, living in Richmond Beach.

PWF is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. They are committed to the ministry of PWF and the women served.

Angela Chapman is a graduate from Northwest University with a BA in Pastoral Ministries.  Her professional background includes non-profit fundraising and special events.  She also runs her own event planning company, Chapman-Solutions (http://www.chapman-solutions.com/).  Angela is passionate about being apart of PWF and encouraging women "to live and grow with Jesus Christ daily."  She enjoys traveling, running and playing dress up.  She and her husband live in West Seattle.

Lee Parmenter attributes much of her growth as a Christian to the relationships formed with women and Jesus Christ through PWF.   Having participated in PWF events for over 15 years, she has met many wonderful women and gloried in their growth.  When not busy with PWF, Lee works fas a consultant in Learning and Leadership Development.   Currently also working on a Doctorate in Education through Pepperdine University, she was attracted to Pepp, in part, because of their Christian affiliation and motto "Freely received, freely give".  When not working, she is active with street rod events and Habitat for Humanity.

Pat Renfro, owner of People to People Consulting, has been leading, assessing, coaching and showing others how to effectively lead their organizations for over ten years.  Prior to running her own management consulting firm, her affiliation with the largest aerospace company in the world, afforded her experiences that span across organizational boundaries to effect change for greater productivity.  For Pat, being a part of PWF means helping create opportunities for women to grow and become all they were meant to be.  A native of Kansas City, MO, Pat relocated to Seattle, WA in 1992 from Atlanta, GA.  She and her husband live near downtown Seattle.
